- One Offer at a Time: Only one All-In-One (AIO) offer can be active at a time. A new subscription replaces the existing one.
- All-Net Minutes: Usable for all local networks.
- Charging Rates: After consuming free resources:
- Data: Rs.3.025+Tax/MB (charged after every 512 KB).
- Calls: Rs.2+Tax/Min (charged after every 60 seconds).
- Fair Usage Policy: No data charges after Rs.2,000 usage on Pay-as-you-use.
- Check Remaining Resources: Dial *2222# (free of charge).
- Pro-Ration: If subscribed after 2nd of the month, charges and resources are adjusted accordingly.
- Late Payment Fee: Rs.100 (+ applicable taxes) for unpaid bills after the due date.
- Data Reservation: Some data is reserved by the system for app/website access, which may lead to base rate charges even if resources appear available.
- Government Taxes: Prices include GST & AIT as per government regulations (subject to change).
- Report Spam: To report spam messages, text SENDER’S NUMBER (SPACE) MESSAGE to 9000 (PTA).
