Terms and Conditions

• Resources and their validity from multiple subscriptions are independent and will not merge.
• The package can be subscribed multiple times during its validity period.
• The charging system reserves data volume for accessing different apps/websites, which may result in base rate charging even if bundle MBs appear unused.
• Packages are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• The billing system allocates a portion of available MBs when apps/websites are accessed. This may reserve all MBs, resulting in standard rate charges if other data-consuming activities occur.
• Once standard rate charging begins, users will receive a notification along with relevant bundle offers to avoid further charges.
• Users will be notified when 80% and 100% of bundle resources are consumed, encouraging timely action to avoid standard rate usage.
• A Supplementary Offer is available for accidental standard rate protection:
• Price: PKR 6
• Volume: 300 MB
• Subscription Code: *503#
• Note: Can be availed only once per month
• Internet access is available on 2G/3G/4G networks where coverage is available.
• Data speed may vary based on:
• Device capability
• Type of websites/apps accessed
• Network traffic/load
• Service provider performance
• Geographic location
• If bundle resources are exhausted before expiry, data will be charged at Rs. 1/MB (incl. tax) until expiry.
• Offer is available for all Telenor GSM Prepaid customers.
• The package will not auto-renew after it expires.
• No call setup charges apply to this package.
