- Bundle Usage Inquiry Users can check data usage by dialing *102# (Charges: 10 Paisa + Tax per inquiry).
- Internet Speed – Network speed depends on various factors, including:
- SIM and device compatibility
- Website load and network congestion
- Distance from the nearest 2G/3G/4G tower
- Out-of-Bundle Charges – If the data bundle is fully consumed and no add-on is purchased, users will be charged Rs.1/MB until the bundle expires. The default rate is Rs.4+Tax/MB.
- Usage Notifications – Customers will receive notifications at 20%, 50%, 80%, and 90-95% usage. The 100% usage notification has been removed.
- Default Data Charging – If no data bundle is subscribed to, the default rate of Rs.4/MB applies. This rate is charged again after the expiry of any active data bundle, Add-On, or out-of-bundle validity.
- Policy Changes – The company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue these terms without prior notice.
