- Troubleshooting Roaming Issues:
- Restart your phone.
- Go to Settings > Manual Operator Selection and choose a network.
- If still not working, email [email protected] (Corporate users, contact JBC).
- Roaming Tariffs & Data Usage:
- Standard rate: $0.2 per min/MB in 70+ major countries.
- WhatsApp calls: 1MB = 2-3 minutes of audio call.
- Fixing Data Roaming Issues:
- Check APN settings (Set APN to ‘Jazz’).
- Enable Mobile Data & Data Roaming in settings.
- Avoid High Charges:
- Turn off background apps to prevent hidden data usage.
- Disable auto-sync apps (GPS, Facebook, Twitter, Email, etc.).
- Use Airplane Mode on flights & cruises to avoid expensive inflight & maritime roaming.
- Call Forwarding Alert:
- Cancel all call forwarding settings to avoid two-way roaming charges.
- Roaming Activation:
- Postpaid customers: Rs. 5000 credit limit required.
- Corporate customers: Rs. 10,000 credit limit required.
