- Service Blocking Options
- To disable alerts, send a request via the given option.
- Confirmation Message:
- "Moaziz sarif, aap ki Missed SMS Alert service band kar di gai hai. Service bahal karnay k leye ‘Unblock’ likh kar 6064 per bhejain."
- Service Re-Activation
- To enable alerts again, send "Unblock" to 6064.
- Confirmation Message:
- "Moaziz Sarif, aap ki Missed SMS Alert service bahaal ker di gaye hai."
Activation Method
- This is a pay as you go service, you do not need to subscribe the service.
Terms and Conditions
- Subscription with Insufficient Balance
- Customers with insufficient balance can still subscribe to the Missed SMS service.
- Subscription charges will be deducted automatically when sufficient balance is available.
- This facility is not applicable for Champions Package subscribers.
- Regional Tariff Details
- Customers in AJK, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Islamabad, Baluchistan, and Sindh must refer to the Prepaid Tariff details for applicable charges.
- Service Deactivation
- Customers can block the Missed SMS Alert Service at any time.
- Upon deactivation, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer.
- Reporting Unwanted Messages
- To report unwanted or unethical messages, send:
- SENDER’S NUMBER (SPACE) Message to 9000 – PTA.
- This service is governed by PTA regulations.
- General Conditions
- Standard taxes and charges apply as per the customer's package plan.
- The service provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
- Terms & conditions are subject to change as per regulatory requirements.
