With Mobily Unlimited on-net minutes, you can call other Mobily numbers without additional charges. Calls to other networks may have different rates.
The Unlimited off-net minutes allow you to call any mobile network across KSA. Some premium numbers or landlines might be excluded from this allowance.
The 150GB data allowance can be used for browsing, streaming, and other internet activities. Speeds may be reduced after exhausting the high-speed data limit.
The Unlimited social data is specifically for popular social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. Regular data charges apply for other internet usage.

Activation Method
- New Customers: Visit the nearest Mobily outlet to subscribe.
- Existing Mobily Users: Both prepaid and postpaid customers can switch to this plan.
- Other Operators: You can keep your number and join Mobily through number portability.
- Multi SIMs: To add a Multi SIM, visit a Mobily outlet (setup fee + monthly fee apply).
- Device Installment: Requires Emirates ID and an eligibility check.
Cancellation Method
- To cancel your plan, you must either visit a Mobily outlet or contact customer care.
- If you deactivate a Multi SIM, the extra 18 GB per SIM will also be removed.
- If you are on device installments, you must clear the remaining device payments before cancellation.
- After cancellation, any unused data, minutes, or benefits will not be carried over or refunded.
Terms and Conditions
- All prices already include VAT.
- A one-time setup fee of SAR 57.5 is required for new postpaid packages.
- For each Multi SIM, there is a one-time setup fee of SAR 10.
- Carry Over Feature: Unused data can be carried forward for only 1 month, up to 150 GB maximum.
- Each Multi SIM gives 18 GB extra data (3 Multi SIMs = total 54 GB).
- Unlimited Social Media applies only to the main SIM and the listed apps: Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- After the included minutes and SMS are fully consumed:
- Local calls/SMS will be charged SAR 0.35 per unit.
- Calls to 9200 numbers will first deduct from your free local minutes. Once finished, the rate will be SAR 0.1495/minute.
- Special Discount: Deaf & mute customers get 50% off the monthly fee, by showing a valid proof letter at Mobily outlets.
