Method 1: Check Number through USSD Code
USSD code is the easiest and fastest way to check your STC number. This method is completely free and works on any mobile, even if you have a keypad phone.
- Dial USSD code *150#.
- Now select the language following the prompt
- Type “2” and send to select the ENGLISH Language
- Your number will appear on your mobile screen in a few seconds.
This method is quick and effective, especially when you don’t have internet or other facilities.
Method 2: Check the number through the MySTC app
STC has introduced the MySTC app for the convenience of its customers, where mobile and internet packages can be subscribed and managed. Through this app, you can not only view your number but also check all your services and billing details.
- Download the MySTC app (available on iOS and Android).
- Log in to the app with your STC SIM.
- After logging in, your number and other details will be available on the main screen.
Note:
If you have not used the app before, enter your CNIC or Iqama number linked to STC to register in the app. You should use this method only if you already have the app installed, logged in, and have internet access.
Method 3: Use Please call me Service
If all the above methods fail, you can call or message a friend or family member from your phone. Your call or message will show your number on their mobile, which they can tell you. In case of no balance, STC offers you 10 free Call me SMS which you can send using the method given below.
- Open the dialpad
- Dial USSD code *177*mobilenumber#
- You can send a maximum of 10 SMS in a day.
For example, if your friend or relative’s number is 05512345678, you would type *177*05512345678#. As soon as you complete the process, the recipient will receive an SMS containing your number.
Method 4: Contact Customer Service
If you have balance in your SIM, you can find out your mobile number using the method below. The customer service team is always there to help you.
- Dial STC Customer Care number 900
- Follow the instructions to speak to a representative
- State your complaint or issue, and the representative will provide you with immediate guidance.
Method 5: Check STC SIM card or package
If you have the original package that came with your STC SIM, it may have your number on it. The number is often printed on the card that came with the SIM. This method is especially useful if you have purchased a new SIM.

This method is useful when you suspect that someone has illegally registered a SIM on your Iqama number:
- Visit the CITC website: CITC Official Website
- Search for the “My Numbers” service (in Arabic: خدة أرقامي).
- Enter your Iqama number and mobile number.
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile for verification.
- After entering the OTP, a list of all mobile numbers registered in your name will appear.
Method 7: Check All Registered SIM Numbers on your Iqama
You can also get your number details via SMS, the method of which is listed below.
- Write a blank SMS
- Send this SMS to the following number 900
- You will receive a message containing the details of all the mobile numbers registered with your Iqama number.
