Jazz Fauri SMS Package

Terms and Conditions

• 1.1 Available for both Prepaid & Postpaid users (except certain users as mentioned in section 1.5).
• 1.2 Allows users to send a quick, pre-written SMS when a call is not answered or rejected.
• 1.3 USSD-based flash notification appears with three pre-written SMS options.
• 1.4 The calling party selects an option, and the SMS is sent automatically.
• 1.5 The calling party is charged Rs. 1.70 (incl. tax) per SMS; the recipient is not charged.
• 2. How Jazz Fauri SMS Works
• 2.1 If the called party does not answer or rejects the call, a flash message appears with SMS options.
• 2.2 The calling party can choose from the following:
• "Please call me"
• "Mujhey call karain"
• "Call me back when free"
• 2.3 The selected SMS is sent, and the charge is deducted.
• 2.4 The called party receives the SMS.
• 2.5 The calling party receives a confirmation flash message.
• 2.6 Users can block Jazz Fauri SMS by calling Jazz helpline 111.
• 3. Charges & Subscription
• 3.1 No subscription fee; pay-as-you-use basis.
• 3.2 Charges apply only when an SMS is sent.
• 3.3 Per SMS charge: Rs. 1.70 (incl. tax).
• 4. General Terms
• 4.1 Use of Fauri SMS implies agreement with the terms and conditions.
• 4.2 Jazz may modify terms at any time without prior notice.
• 4.3 Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of new terms.
• 4.4 If a user has insufficient balance, the charge may be deducted after the next recharge.
• 4.5 Free SMS bundles cannot be used for Fauri SMS.
• 4.6 Usage records can be viewed on Jazz SIMOSA.
• 4.7 Updated terms and conditions are available on the Jazz website.
• 4.8 For queries or complaints, users can call Jazz helpline 111.
• 4.9 To block Jazz Fauri SMS, dial Jazz helpline 111.
• 5. Limitation of Liability
• 5.1 Jazz is not responsible for delays or failures due to technical or network issues.
• 5.2 Jazz may suspend or terminate Fauri SMS at any time.
• 5.3 Jazz reserves the right to modify conditions without notice.
• 5.4 By using Jazz Fauri SMS, users accept these terms and conditions.
