Terms and Conditions
- Billing Date: Bills are generated on the 2nd of every month, and resources are refreshed on the same date.
- Proration: If a subscriber joins after the 2nd, charges and free resources are adjusted based on the remaining days of the month.
- Late Payment Fee: A fee of Rs.100 (plus taxes) applies to overdue bills.
- Friends & Family (F&F): Discounted call rates are available for up to three Jazz numbers.
- Charging Pulse: After consuming free resources, calls are charged per 60 seconds, and data is charged per 512 KB.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): Pay-as-you-use data charges will not exceed Rs.2,000.
- Balance Inquiry: Dial *2222# to check remaining minutes, SMS, and data (free of charge).
- Bill Details: Dial *1111# for bill details (free of charge).
- Data Reservation: Some data volume is reserved for accessing applications/websites, which may lead to base-rate charges despite unused data resources.
- Government Taxes: All charges include applicable General Sales Tax (GST) and Advance Income Tax (AIT). Tax rates are subject to change by the government.
- Spam Reporting: Report unwanted messages by texting the sender’s number and message to 9000 (PTA).
- Unregistered SIMs: Using an unregistered SIM is illegal as per PTA regulations.
