- Customers can send up to 5 voice notes per day, each lasting 15 seconds.
- Standard charges and taxes apply as per government regulations.
- ZONG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Activation Method
- Customers can access the Voice SMS service by dialing 5057.
- To send a voice message, dial 50 + recipient's number (e.g., 500315XXXXXXX) and record the message

Terms and Conditions
- Taxes & Charges: Advance Income Tax (AIT): 15% applies on every recharge.
- Sales Tax (GST): 19.5% applies on usage (if applicable).
- Offer Validity: All offer resources will expire at 23:59 hours on the last validity date.
